Mission of the Event
The Spring Fiesta in the Park is more than just a weekend of arts and fun. The event supports the mission of the Orlando Community & Youth Trust, Inc., which is a nonprofit organization. Its role is to promote local urban development and enhance the quality of life for young people, families and seniors living in Orlando.
The Fiesta in the Park committee also supports Orlando by donating money to the city and donating items and equipment for Lake Eola. By participating in or attending the event, you are helping to make a difference in the community.
Entertainment After Spring Fiesta in the Park
With the closing of the event at 5 PM, it is the perfect time for dinner and a show. Mango’s Tropical Café is an Orlando landmark that has been entertaining residents and visitors for years. Our dinner and show remind guests of classic supper clubs such as New York’s Cotton Club and Havana’s Tropicana.
At Mango’s, the show features a multi-course meal with family-friendly entertainment that is appropriate for adults and children of all ages. It is hard to stay in your seat as you enjoy high-energy music such as the 80s and 90s hits, the Cuban conga, Brazilian samba, hip hop, and Latin beats. The singers and dancers wear dazzling costumes that are just as engaging as the music.
If late-night fun is more your style, leave the kids at home and come out to Mangoes and party at one of Orlando’s hottest nightclubs. The dance club is hopping, and there is a hookah lounge in the Outdoor Café. On Friday and Saturday nights, check out our Vodou Room, which is an ultra-lounge that will make you think you are in Vegas.
