Mango’s Live Dinner Menu
The live dinner menu is available only during shows at Mango’s. A three-course meal is included with the live pre-purchased dinner package.
Starters
To begin the evening, guests have a choice of two tantalizing appetizers. The Traditional Caesar Salad is chopped Romaine lettuce in a homemade Caesar dressing topped with focaccia croutons, shaved Parmesan, and fresh cracked black pepper. The Tomato Bisque is made with fresh tomatoes, basil, and caramelized onions. It is topped with garlic croutons and micro basil.
Entrées
Diners can choose one of five delectable entrées with sides to enjoy while watching the show.
- Mango’s Churrasco Steak: grilled 10 oz. Chairman’s Reserve skirt steak with homemade chimichurri sauce, yellow rice, Cuban-style black beans, and maduros
- Braised Short Ribs: 36-hour braised short ribs in a beef reduction sauce, served with yellow rice and grilled asparagus
- Salmon Al Limón: Fresh line-caught salmon topped with a white wine lemon cream sauce and served with yellow rice, grilled asparagus, and mango relish
- Roasted Margarita Chicken: Half chicken marinated in citrus garlic mojo before roasting, served with yellow rice, Cuban-style black beans, and maduros
- Plant-based Penne Bolognese: Plant-based Impossible Bolognese sauce on penne, topped with shaved Parmesan and served with wild vegetables

Sweet Indulgences
For dessert, choose from Mango’s Coco Choco Bread Pudding made with butter Brioche, coconut milk, rum-poached raisins, and white chocolate chips covered in rum caramel sauce with homemade vanilla bean whipped cream, or Chocolate Ecstasy, a rich chocolate ganache-filled chocolate torte served warm with homemade vanilla bean whipped cream.
Mango’s À La Carte Menu
Mango’s offers signature shareable and bar bites for when you want a lighter meal or a snack to accompany our delicious cocktails.
Shareables include Angus Beef Sliders, Firecracker Shrimp, and Crispy Chicken Tenders. Our Picada Frita Platter serves two and includes four beef empanadas, four coconut-crusted shrimp, chicken tenders, and tajin-dusted fried yucca, with salsa verde, sweet chili orange marmalade, and chipotle aioli for dipping.
Our street taco menu includes Verde Chicken, Baja Baracoa Beef, and Blackened Shrimp Tacos on flour tortillas served with pico de gallo and homemade guacamole. Quesadilla-wise, we have a Griddled Sharp Cheddar Cheese Quesadilla and the Quesadilla Cubano made with sour orange marinated pork, diced ham, chopped pickles, blended cheeses, and whole grain mustard.
Also on the menu are New York Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza, Margherita Flatbread, and Bourbon BBQ Chicken Bacon Flatbread featuring fire-grilled chicken, bourbon barbecue sauce, applewood smoked bacon, pepper jack cheese and sharp cheddar cheese.
